August Consulting, PLLC completed the project feasibility, assisted with assembling the project team, coordinated permitting efforts and construction  oversight for the new $100M mixed use project of apartments, town homes, office and retail. 

Responsible for coordinating the design and permitting efforts for a new 305-unit apartment project. With weekly project meetings, ongoing communications with City staff permits were obtained in nine months. Construction to start fall of 2023. 

August Consulting provided a confidential Due Diligence of the property. After the successful purchase, we continue to work with the owners on the phased redevelopment of the 70-acre property.
