Highlighted Projects

August Consulting is responsible for coordinating the permitting and site design efforts for the redevelopment of Fox Run Mall and Newington Park properties, a combined 82 acres. Planning and permitting efforts started in 2025 with anticipated construction starting in 2027.  

August Consulting completed the project feasibility, assisted with assembling the project team, coordinated permitting efforts and provided sitework construction  oversight for the new $100M+ mixed use project of apartments, town homes, office and retail. 

August Consulting has been working with the new owners of the former Seabrook Dog Track from the initial due diligence  /site analysis of the property. After the successful purchase, we continue to work with the owners on the phased redevelopment of the 70-acre property.
